As men, many of us have inherited cultural and familial patterns that restrict and limit us. This group will expand your options by exploring new ways of showing up with one another: as friends, as challengers, and as supports.

We will meet outdoors through all weather; in rain, sun, in anything the sky wants to throw at us. The campfire will serve as home-base where we’ll sit and connect, but we will also move about the forest for exploration and discovery.

Our Group

Through our time together in the woods, we will ground ourselves in being known, not judged or managed.

We will establish ways of relating to one another with impeccable truth-telling and brave care.

Through curiosity and conversation we will learn to center ourselves so we may uplift our wider circles.

Our Facilitator

Simon Abramson

With over twenty years of experience supporting individuals and groups through growth and transformation, I bring both clinical depth and grounded presence to my work. I hold a Master’s in Social Work, am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in New York, and have advanced training in trauma healing, mindfulness-based therapy, nature connection, and psychedelic integration.

I believe in the power of beholding. By paying attention — to the breath, dreams, a bird flying overhead, sensations in the body, just about anything — awareness can rediscover the quiet synchronicities within and around us

As a coach, I help individuals reconnect with their bodies, minds, and the natural world, so they can slow down, listen deeply, and live with greater clarity, purpose, and fulfillment.

My approach combines evidence-based practices in embodiment, mindfulness, nature-based work, and integration support, creating transformational experiences that go beyond conventional methods. While others may share similar beliefs, few bring the same combination of training, lived experience, and leadership in the field. I don’t just believe in this work—I’ve lived it, practiced it, and guided others through it for decades.
