Therapy for ENM, CNM, and Polyamorous Relationships
Supporting Connection, Communication, & Growth For Relationships of All Types
Relationships that move beyond traditional monogamy can offer profound opportunities for growth, honesty, and intimacy. But they can also bring up intense emotions – jealousy, insecurity, communication challenges, and breakdowns around boundaries, trust, or time management.
I work with couples, polycules, and individuals exploring or living in ethical non-monogamy (ENM), consensual non-monogamy (CNM), and polyamory. In our work, my aim is to help clients to build values-aligned clarity, integrity, and connection in the relationships that they choose.
I help non-monogamous partners explore the emotional, practical, and relational terrain of nontraditional relationships.
Common non-monogamous relationship themes include:
My role is to help you navigate complexity with clarity and compassion, so your relationships can feel more grounded, intentional, and alive.

I Work With Individuals, Couples, Throuples, and Polycules+
💕 Newly Opening Couples
I work with couples who are opening their relationship for the first time and want to do so with clarity, communication, and care. Together, we explore boundaries, agreements, and emotional regulation so the transition feels grounded rather than destabilizing.
💗 Open Partnerships & Polycules
I also support established polycules and long-term partners who want to deepen communication, strengthen trust, or repair after a rupture. Our work helps everyone involved feel more understood, secure, and connected.
💖 Non-Monogamous Individuals
Some clients come to therapy as individuals navigating the complexities of non-monogamy; jealousy, comparison, attachment activation, or uncertainty about what they truly want. One-on-one therapy offers space to slow down, listen inwardly, and reconnect to what feels authentic and aligned.
💓 Non-Traditional Family Structures
I also work with partners balancing parenting, work, and multiple relationships; helping them maintain connection and presence across the many layers of their lives.
My Approach is Non-Judgemental and Integrity Focused
My work is nonjudgmental, trauma-aware, and mindfulness-based. I help clients develop the internal stability and emotional attunement needed for deeper connection – whether in one relationship or several.
I draw from attachment theory, mindfulness, somatic psychology, and integrative harm reduction to help you communicate with honesty and compassion.
Your way of loving is not a problem to be solved, but a path to be understood and supported. My goal is to help everyone involved feel more secure, understood, and connected in ways that align with your shared values and boundaries.
