Spring ’26 In-Person
Men’s Group in Kingston, NY

Tuesday evenings,
6:30-8pm in Kingston, NY

The strength of an oak tree arises out of its relationship to the forest itself.

Many of us are well practiced at going it alone and we pay the price: in our stress, our habits, or our relationships.

This group is about expanding our options.

This is a group for men who want more: more depth, more honesty, more real connection than everyday life tends to offer.

It’s a group for men standing at a threshold, between who they’ve been and who they’re becoming.

Together, we’ll slow things down.

Bringing our attention to what’s happening around us, we’ll see beneath the surface and tap into our wild power.

We’ll practice being known rather than judged or managed.

Tuesday evenings in Kingston, NY

6:30 to 8:00pm, the six-week commitment is $360.

Space is limited.

About the Facilitator

I’m Simon Abramson, LCSW, a wilderness-informed therapist in the Hudson Valley with a focus on supporting men.

As a somatic psychotherapist, student of wildness, and group facilitator, I bring advanced training in trauma healing; drawing on evidence-based practices in embodiment, mindfulness, and nature connection.

I have two decades experience facilitating men’s groups where men can drop pretense, build trust, and do the work of authentic connection. I offer psychotherapy for men and all genders, as well as couples counseling with in-person sessions in Kingston, NY, and online telehealth sessions available to anyone in New York state.
