I want to make therapy accessible.

Below you’ll find the insurance plans I currently accept, as well as options if your plan isn’t listed.

Insurances Accepted

I am an in-network provider with:

  • Aetna
  • Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield
  • Carelon Behavioral Health
  • Cigna
  • Highmark BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York
  • Highmark BlueShield of Northeastern New York
  • Quest Behavioral Health

Private Pay (Out-of-Pocket)

If you prefer not to use insurance, I also offer straightforward private pay options. This can be the most flexible choice for clients who want greater privacy and control over their treatment without insurance restrictions.

Out-of-Network & Superbills

If your insurance company is not listed above, I can provide you with a monthly superbill (an itemized invoice) that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Many clients successfully get partial reimbursement this way, depending on their plan.

How to Check Your Out-of-Network Benefits

If you’re not sure what your plan covers, you can call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask:

  1. Does my plan include out-of-network outpatient mental health coverage?
  2. If yes, what percentage is reimbursed for CPT codes 90791, 90834, and 90837?
  3. Do I have an out-of-network deductible? If so, how much is it and how much has been met this year?
  4. How do I submit a superbill for reimbursement?

Taking 10 minutes to ask these questions will give you a clear picture of what your costs may be and how much your insurance will reimburse.
